"I’ve been readying through the reviews and have seen some pretty insulting and very directed comments. I’ve been coming to this barbershop since the beginning. Balgowlah, warriewood, Chatswood and even Brookvale. Not once have I ever experienced service not worth bragging over, nor have I ever received a haircut I felt was rushed, neglected or even cut the wrong way. It really must be the way you as a client present yourself because I have recommended most people I know with hair and direct them straight to that guy with the ‘cheap tattoos’ who happens to the the most respectful one there. 10/10 cut and service provided."

"Absolutely disgusting treatment of clients at this barbers. An unprofessional and aggressive gangster wannabe staff member. Who is in actual fact a little weasel with a lot of front that he would not be able to back up. Cheap looking tattoos and a terrible hairstyle himself so we should’ve known. A rude, ill educated bogan that obviously thinks of himself highly in a mall barbers. Sitting in the chair looking at his phone (probably on Tinder dismayed by his lack of swipe rights) as clients wait. He completely disregarded what was requested. Perhaps because he was too busy vaping and watching the football whilst he should be doing his JOB! I will be taking this complaint further."

"Myself and all my sons will only have our hair cut here and only ever by Arun. We are all very particular about our hair and have tried various (incl high end) hair salons across the city. Would never have though we would find this service, skill and expertise in a mall salon (no offence mallers!). Not only is Arun a supremely talented cutter (I do not say this lightly) but he has that unique service rapport that is uncommon in this day and age. He can instantly relate to any age - from kids to adults. The complete experience. Until Arun owns his own slain (which he should!) we will only ever let his scissors touch our hair."

"Terrible experience!!!! Completely arrogant barber. My 10 year old son wanted to keep his fringe slightly longer and he commented that fringes are for girls. My other son showed him a photo of what he wanted, and he straight up said that he can’t have that and then proceeded to cut all of his hair short. I now as a result have to buzz his hair off tonight because he hates it so much. Do not recommend!!!!!"
