"I just had the most disgusting and unprofessional experience with the ‘pharmacist’ Con. Who accused me of writing my own script. I had gone into the chemist to fill a script after having my wisdom tooth removed and having worked a hard day at work. And in front of everyone questioned me on if I wrote the script! Even though you could see how swollen my mouth was from the tooth removed, I stated I would never write my own script he refused to give me my medication, so I told him to call the dentist and he actually used the words “did this girl actually have this script prescribed by you or has she written it herself”. This was in front of customers which I find to be disgusting. He made a defamation on my character surrounded by people who then looked at me. He then followed me and my partner in an aggressive way and stated “come back here and say it to my face”. This is absolutely appalling and I have never had such a horrible experience with a chemist before. I would never recommend going to your store and Con you should be delicensed. What sort of pharmacist accuses someone in severe and obvious pain of writing their our script and then provoking a fight with my partner and walking after us in an aggressive way, telling us to come back and say it to his face. What an absolute disgrace of service and treatment of people. I would avoid this place and him at all costs and if you have the same experience make a police report like I am so this doesn’t happen again. I work in the health care system and my service would never do anything like this. No one should be made to feel unsafe in a place where they are seeking help."

"Went to collect prescription. Service was unfriendly and the need to provide evidence of travel was unnecessary. Service is usually much better. Then went to nearby Chemist Warehouse, service was great and evidence of travel was not even mentioned (common sense)."

"I've only ever experienced good customer service here no matter what service I come for. I had an immunisation appointment at 3:50pm today. I arrived 10 mins early and didn't even have to wait, they were ready to do my jab asap. My immuniser was gentle and quick too. Took about 40 seconds inside the room max I reckon. Thanks Brenda :)"

"Generally good prices and friendly staff. That being said, today I overheard certain staff talking about me for concerns of stealing and questioning if they caught me on camera when I was simply inspecting a box that appeared unsealed. I always check a product in a box before I purchase it if the box is unsealed. I was compliant and stopped fiddling with the box when the security guy told me so. Although, I explained my rationale that was making sure the product has not been used by other customers, they jumped on the conclusion I was intending to steal. In the end it was a misunderstanding and we had a laugh at the same time it is unprofessional to talk about customers loudly! You never know who can hear you. I went back and told her I heard what she said. Issue resolved. Not coming back."

"By far the worst staff work the evening shift. Zero customer service. I wanted an over the counter vitamin which was kept in the pharmacy section and the rude assistant asked me to queue up behind the prescription medicine queue saying "she's too busy" to get a single box in a shelf next to her. Please train these horrible people to be better at serving customers and not treating them as if they're doing customers a favor."
