"I will never walk in this nail salon again!! I understand places get busy and you have to wait but the waiting was ridiculous! Ladies were there before me and after me I went for a pedicure and was a terrible experience. The lady who started the pedicure seems to only be “trained” to cut and clean. She didn’t cut my nails straight nor file them properly, didn’t trim the skin properly. She applied the clear base coat and then I was left to sit there for another 10-15mins and I didn’t understand why until another came to paint my nails with shellac. She did such a rush job. She didn’t even let one coat fry before painting another coat. Didn’t even let the uv light go it’s full time. When I questioned her as to the bad paint job on one of my toes she said it was the light when it clearly wasn’t. I would never ever recommend this salon in Richmond marketplace. If I could give no stars I would"
"If I could rate less than one star I would. I attended on Sunday to get a manicure and pedicure and paid $100.00. The lady infront of me that got the same thing but pink paid $75.00 which is the first issue. Secondly, my mail broke 2 days after I got them done which never happens to my acrylic nails. I called today to say can I make an appointment for 6:30PM to get the ONE mail fixed and the lady I spoke with rudely said to just come in they won’t be busy. I turn up at 6:30 and they are extremely busy, I told them I just want the one mail fixed as I was here 2 days ago and it broke and the response i got was “were too busy to do thay just come back later”. So they wouldn’t let me make a booking but now they can’t do it. I will not be going there again for the bad customer service & bad nail work. I would recommend to go elsewhere. These new workers are jokes. UPDATE: I went and got the one mail fixed, they made me wait over an hour to fix one finger nail. Today, 5 days later another mail has broken off. I called to explain the issue and if I can come get it fixed again and was told “what do you want me to do about it I’m busy”. The customer service of these workers is disgusting and I won’t be back ever."
"Went here for pedi and mani, the pedi was ok, nails werent cut properly, not cut straight. With the manicure, i asked for SNS and the lady did not shape my nails or clean my nails. she dipped into SNS so many times, my nails look fake. if you saw my nails, its not even!. i asked tips for two fingers, even before i could say the shape, the lady decided to do oval. not recommending this place"
"I have cuts all around my skin near my nails from the tool they used. Photos are not the best quality because of my phone. Would not recommend."
