"Prices are reasonable and the food is good quality, it’s just always a little on the slow side. The vegetable udon is my favourite, it’s a good portion of noodles, if a little scant on the veggies. The sushi is okay, sometimes doesn’t taste super fresh but if you get a freshly made roll instead of the pre-made ones, it’s much better."
"Order bibimbap this morning and only have a bit of veggies like a table spoon and 5 diced of beef. Def not recommended taste just ok but not worth it for $15.5"
"Naked Japan offers wide range of hot and cold Japanese dishes. Went there in the morning after some sushi rolls but unfortunately none ready. They have a lot of seating inside and some outside. Naked Japan has been in Moorabbin for years so obviously popular!"
"Only had the chicken Katsu curry. Breast piece chicken on delicious rich curry and rice . For some reason it felt like a meal that would have been mind blowingly good on a cold rainy day . First time having this dish and I enjoyed it. Had a very similar taste to the Maggie masala noodles. I did think however that given the price that more chicken and rice should be added. Will be back again on cold rainy day!"
"Naked Japan is quite a quirky name for a restaurant. The menu features the usual suspects, and if you are craving for a Japanese feed, chances are that you will find what you are looking for here. Amongst the things that we ordered, I enjoyed the creamy crab croquettes the most. Crispy on the outside, and soft and creamy inside. Whether it did contained crab inside, I really couldn’t tell. Still it was tasty. The salmon sashimi was reasonably fresh, and sliced rather thick. Value for money, I supposed. The salmon teriyaki bento box was pleasant enough, but the oyako don was the much better dish in terms of taste and execution. Overall, a decent meal, one that keeps your tummy and wallet happy."
