"Lovely, friendly staff. I had been feeling completely fatigued for at least 6 weeks after new prescription meds. I told Michaela my symptoms and she took the time to listen to how I'd been struggling. She recommended particular multi vitamins and I am feeling human again. The pharmacy fit out has changed and it's more spacious and easy to find what you need. It's great to have a local pharmacy that take an interest in you. Happy customer."

"What happened to our beautiful Well functioning friendly chemist that I knew for so many years. It is all good to refurbish but if it is lacking the functionality what’s the use. From one counter to another staff has to pass the medicine .Customer don’t know where to go .It is taking twice the time to get the medicine. Who ever plan this new look has planned to fail. I am sorry. I just watched the frustration customer had this evening."

"Excellent service for over 10 years until today. Staff are very friendly, or they used to be. New chemist is terrible, rude and disrespectful. I understand needing to follow guidelines, but there's no need to be nasty about it. Or try to obfuscate the truth. Other staff are still fine, but one bad chemist can screw up a business easily. There's been a big recent drop in review scores, and she is why. Can no longer recommend this place, and I hope whoever is in charge is paying attention"

"Having a position of power as a chemist and ensuring excellent customer care is the ideal situation. However, since the new chemist took over, I've encountered nothing but the word "no" from her. It's disheartening to see a decline in service after having someone as remarkable as Twan run the dispensary. I've noticed similar sentiments expressed in other reviews as well. Mrs. New Chemist, I kindly urge you to be more attentive and considerate of your customers' needs. Instead of frequently saying "no" to what Twan would have readily agreed to, please try to listen and understand the requirements of your customers better. A more empathetic approach would be highly appreciated. However, the staff are amazing and always willing to help ~ the chemists need to pick up there game!"

"Where have my beautiful windows gone? That's what first drew me to use this as my regular Pharmacy, the beautiful presentation in the windows with gifts sometimes not seen anywhere else and also the most wonderful and caring staff. The wonderful ladies who have helped care for me with my scripts over the last few years. Just walking into the pharmacy one felt at ease because you knew you were in experienced and friendly hands, giving over your scripts to the staff with confidence. Then time to browse, always finding something little or even big to purchase for yourself or others. One year all my Christmas gifts were purchased from here and as I was in recovery the items were carefully placed in some boxes and carried to my car for me. Such caring and personalised service. I loved that. I chose this Pharmacy for the way it looked and also for the personalised care I received. Hard to describe - the pharmacy was inviting and had a feeling of care and individual attention, and from my observation this was shown to all who walked through the door. I would tell my family and friends I had the best pharmacy ever but things are a bit different now. AND the question remains - Where are my beautiful, inviting and creative windows?"
