"I recently purchased an item from the compounding chemist - MEPH Pharmacy in Boronia. They took my Credit card details over the phone, number, name, expiry and security number on the back. I later found out they wrote these details on a piece of paper and then put through the transaction nearly 5 days later. I was not aware that my details were recorded or would be used at a later date. Ive since had to contact my financial institution to close down that card as it was no longer protected. When I complained to the pharmacy they were rude and accusatory and very hard to deal with. If you are using this pharmacy just be aware they might be recording your details on a piece of paper which is super unprofessional and illegal."
