"staff is nice but that little security guy is so annoying. he stared me down as i was paying for my things and then when i went to leave he demanded a bag check. i showed him my receipts and everything and explained the other item i had was from another shop and i had to explain this to him multiple times as if i was speaking to a literal brick wall. he follows me around and its happened multiple times. the security guards here seriously need to be fired like i could knock that guy out with a flick."

"the security guard should be ashamed of himself, and the fact that they haven’t fired him already makes them a disgrace. I went in yesterday to put my script in. Got told it would be 10-15 minutes and I’d receive a text when it was ready to collect, so I walked around the store looking at make up. He followed me around the store the entire time, blatantly staring at me, making me so uncomfortable I paid for what I wanted, and went and waited outside because as a 20 year old women who’s only 5’4 being stared down and followed around by a male who I believeis at least late 20s who’s also above 6ft is not only intimidating but scary. As I’m leaving to no suprise he goes back to the door ( which means since he’s the only security guard the entire time I was in the store he followed me around and didn’t care about checking peoples bags.) and demanded he do a bag check, so I let him. Opened my bag, showed him my receipt and went and waited outside. After 20 minutes of waiting for the text + the 10 minutes I’d been in the store I’d waited and still hadn’t gotton a text, when I went up and explained the situation the girl apologised non stop I have 0 issue with the staff, I work in retail I know how it can be. But low and behold who starts following me AGAIN as I go up to pay for my medication? The security guard. I walked in a straight line, didn’t even stop to browse and yet he still felt like following me was more important then checking other people’s bags. I pay for my medication and go to leave, he stops me and once again demands he does a bag check so once again I open my bag and what does he do? Starts rummaging through it. And says I can go. At this point I’m just appalled. To add to this - I’ve been in there plenty of times. When I’m in jeans, a nice top, make up ect I’ve never had any issues, multiple times before I’ve offered for him to do a bag check and multiple times he’s said there’s no need. However this day, when I was in trackies and a hoodie I was followed around, treated like I was stealing and harassed. Based on the other reviews I’ve read I’m not the only one. There’s a difference between doing your job as security and harassing customers and trying to intimidate them. Really hope they fire him."

"I was mindfully shopping searching the store for a product which I could not find. The security guard was following us around and it was Stressing me out and putting pressure on me as I struggled to find what I was looking for. Everywhere I went he followed. Very discriminating because I’m a teenager I have to steal. I probably make more money in a day than this guy has made his whole life. Ridiculous. And he decided to complain to the manager. Pretty embarrassing for a secuirty guard who’s know to be all tough to be complaining to the manager. Could knock that guy out with a fairy tap"

"My daughter did 1 week school work experience in Chemist Warehouse in Brandon Park Shopping Centre. She was fortunate to have the staff and the store manager Ramin be absolutely helpful and willing to help her. I am grateful for the support, kindness, and easy going-ness of the manager. He also helped me and introduced me to an available sale assistant job that I was looking for. I wish there were more managers like this to make this world a more wonderful place to live in. Certainly, the owner of this place benefits from Ramin as he is a great asset to our community."

"Very poor experience which shows poor management and staff training very disorganized and as other reviews have mentioned. You walk in you get treated like your a thief!! Had one male Asian staff member follow me while i was waiting for a prescription , had the audacity to reposition an item i just put back and had to stand so close to me , what happened to maintaining a safe distance . Disgusting service and store avoid at all costs !!"
