"So.. the stars that I am giving are for the relatable conversation we had on UFC at the Chattswood store. As for the haircut.. I am not sure how I still have patches of hair from asking him to get rid of it all. The beard was done okay.. apart from the neck. He did a quick shave of the neck but all still very rough and patchy. He then asked if I'd like the razor... I was thinking it'd be a nice, hot towel, shaving cream experience. I was wrong. He just took the razor straight to the face, leaving it irritated, 5 cuts in total, stinging and poorly done. Even now an hour later the face is red and stinging. The whole expeirence felt like he was trying to turn and burn customers to get through the day. Service 1/10 Hair cut 1/10 Beard 1/10 - beard didnt look bad but all the surrounding areas look attacked. Updated service to 1/10. They advised me 6 months ago they would refund, then have ignored every email ever since. Don't use this store or any of it's other franchises."

"Completely agree with a couple of the other reviews. Had my hair cut today and probably the worse haircut I have had in years. No care or attention. I was swivelled around away from the mirror and back again like I was on a rotisserie! I don’t really want for much, short back and sides and a bit off the top, but I am left with my hair not blended at the sides or back and uneven across the top. No razor, no product & no care…$35 and I am gonna have to go and get it fixed tomorrow. My wife thinks I look like a delinquent kid in boot camp!"

"I have been seeing Eli for years and being an African it’s difficult finding a barber that is able to understand how to cut our hair because of it’s different texture. From the first visit it was validating to hear the sheer knowledge and research Eli had done prior to barbering professionally on different types of hair for different races around the world. I have been seeing Eli week in week out and havent missed a beat. I am proud to recommend him to all my friends from all over the world because the diligence and professionalism he brings to his craft is admirable and i believe he really is at the top tier level of hairdressing in sydney. If i was a betting man id bet my life savings that every customer walks out happy and most satisfied than before when seeing Eli for his services. Hes a pretty funny and likeable guy too which makes the experience ever so special!"

"Under 10min haircut, missed spots on a fade. As I left noticed that the cut wasn’t even, so walked back in and another guy did a quick fix up. Didn’t offer any product. Just had an overall feeling that the staff didn’t want to be there. Felt like I wasted $45 probs get a better cut at Just Cutz haha, hope this place picks up cos I’m seriously looking for a decent hair in chatswood!!"
