"I went to dye my hair today, this was a really bad experience, I will never come back. First I walked into the salon and asked the middle age lady if she could dye my hair the same color as the pattern on my phone. She said yes but it might be a little different but overall it would be the same. Then she brought green and blue and asked me which color was fine, as someone who didn't know about colors in dyes, I chose green because the pattern I wanted was dark green. In the end, my hair, after many bleaching and dyeing times, turned out to be a bright green and very weak because it had to be repaired many times, I learned through the other lady that the color I wanted to dye was not originally available. because it is quite few people dyed. I'm really disappointed by the lies of the staff here, they even blamed me because I was the one to choose the color while the 2 colors they gave were not the same as the one I wanted."

"My hair cut was so choppy and jagged and not straight like I asked for. Had to go to hair warehouse and get it fixed… wouldn’t go here just because they are cheap, got what I paid for tbh. Never again! Paid $25 for a bob haircut previous length was past shoulders"

"I went there for my hair cut I told a lady for step cut but she cut whole my hair no step nd nothing without asking me she cut my hair from inside like she lighten my hair. It was half back length but I m not able to put a rubber band she cut short until neck. I have to attend a function but it's was really owfull day nd very bad experience"

"I went for hair straightening, the lady kept talking to other staff in their own language, the straightening looked fine initially but when after two days I washed my hair they looked horrible, they were same as before. I went back and asked them to fix it , the lady started screaming and shouting that we can't fix it. This is how our straightening happens. She started talking and shouting in her own language and said we can't fix it. She kept saying it's straight , she didn't agree to what I was saying. She said do whatever you want but I will not fix it The service was horrible. I would never recommend anyone in this salon. Pathetic service with very rude staff. Very bad service."

"I've been here multiple times and quite happy with the hair cut and affordable price. These ladies always take their time and make sure that they do a good job. Scissor cut are around $15 and they certainly do a better job than few other salon in the area."
