"This is my local chemist and can’t recommend them highly enough ! They are wonderful ! Especially Nino ! I had to get meds for my 95 y mum and was nowhere near there he was more than happy to get the meds for her and deliver them to her door within half an hour ! I’m so grateful and can’t thank him enough he is a gem and has helped me out also when I had Covid and couldn’t leave the house ! Thanks so much Nino xx you are a true gem xx"

"My 85 year old mother asked for her scripts be delivered she was told $10 fee. Paid fee and delivery didn’t turn up when it was supposed to. Waited two further days still no delivery. By this time she had run out of a particular medication so had a friend run her down to get her medication. The male pharmacist was incredibly rude to mum telling her that she had it all wrong and proceeded to tell her and a female staff member off in front of other customers. He rudely organised a $10 refund after she asked for her delivery fee back. No apology was offered for the lack of delivery nor for the fact they had lost all her scripts for which she had to speak to the doc to get new ones (the week before) All in all a very unprofessional approach to a situation that should have been dealt with in a civil polite way .. If I could give no stars I would"

"I found the pharmacist helpful but the older lady on the Tills was very rude, no eye contact, unhelpful and dismissive. I walked away feeling discriminated on, you know that feeling??"

"My generic brand antibiotics always cost 2-3 times more here than at other pharmacies I visit; I only ever get my scripts at this pharmacy if I'm too sick to drive to my preferred pharmacies. (And as someone who works in the pharmacy industry, I know what the wholesale price of these drugs are, and it is FAR less than customers are being charged.)"
