"Overall dirty, cleaning service provided but the cleaner is rude, disrespectful, overpriced, doesn’t even clean the place properly. Customer service and operator is very cooperative. perfect for uni students"
"Worst experience ever. The apartment was very poorly maintained with broken shelves in the wardrobe, a broken washing machine, and missing light bulbs. The room was also very dirty with dirty sheets and a horrible smell."

"Room was nice and well appointed. Issue was with the service. It rained one night and I woke up to puddles in the carpet (see video). Everything sitting on the floor of the walk in robe was soaked including a number of pairs of new shoes. When I asked to be reimbursed for the damage and inconvenience I got 1 nights credit (stayed for 30). Was very disappointed given the cost of the apartment and the amount of damage and inconvenience. Had to have a professional blower in the bedroom for a number of days and people came in and out of the apartment without my knowledge as a result. Unfortunately I cannot recommend."
