"This evening I was in this shop to buy anti-fungal cream for my 2 years old and there were almost no one at the pharmacist waiting area, pharmacist called Anthony was there to take my prescription and told me to wait , and it was already 15 minutes as there were nobody at there to collect for prescribed medication and my order was not ready until that, I wonder why he has to take so long time just to provide anti fungal cream, he must be enjoying his chill time."

"The pharmacy staff are the rudest, most inconsiderate staff I have come across. I called to ask whether they certify documents and whether they had specific hours or days that they certify. I was informed that they did not and any time was fine but was asked if I could come in immediately because they were not busy but could be busy later. I explained that I am calling to make this process easy for both parties since Iam a mother oy young twins and needed to be back home as soon as possible. I further enquired about an appripriate time the next day, but again got the run around.The lady was not interested and regardless of the time I came in, reading between the lines, I was never going to be served, if there was any other customer waiting, regardless how fast the one document I had, was going to take. I came in about 40 minutes later, when one other customer was already waiting. Another customer came in next and I was quickly told to come back later maybe an hour later, with again no guarantee that I may not have to wait for hours. This kind of service shows the complete disregard this pharmacy has for people, since I am also a regular paying cutomer, who will now choose to spend my money elsewhere. You have lost me as a customer and with this kind of service I'm sure you don't care. It is such a shame Terry White was bought out by these money driven, no service types of pharmacies, since they knew how to treat a customer with respect and commom decency"

"I regular go to Chemist Warehouse Swan st on my lunch break. The manager there is always so nice and acknowledges me and makes me feel welcome. She is always quick to see if we have everything we need and if its out of stock checks to see when its coming in next. The new location is great too, much more room."
