"Very disappointed with the lack of customer service experienced today. Business hours state a close time of 4:30pm - so by arriving at 3pm one would think it would be sufficient time to get a haircut for my son. Upon arrival there was one other person waiting in line. The sign at the register displayed "cash only" so asked the hairdresser if there was an ATM nearby. She instructed me to go to the service station down the road to get cash out, then come back. So, off I went as instructed to get money out (with three children in tow), come back and the door is closed with the sign saying "closed". People were in there so I knocked, open the door only to be told that more people have arrived and she can no longer cut my boys hair. At that point two other people were waiting. I was so surprised and shocked as she instructed where I could go to get cash out then come back - I was only gone for 5 minutes! So disappointed with the lack of professionalism and reading previous reviews, it amazes me how this business can still be operational. I would avoid going at all costs, especially if you have children. It's hard enough getting the kids in the car, shuffling them to the hairdresser, then having to muck around to get cash out, then the door pretty much closed in your face....with no sympathy whatsoever. A real let down! Never will return."

"Recently had my first hair cut at De Barber Shop as my usual Barber is away. Overall I was quite disappointed. $20 for all of 5min in the chair and the haircut is what you'd expect from so little time and attention. The 4.8 stars doesn't stack up. Won't be going back."
