"Our little regular Thai food eating group of four came here to celebrate Sally about to become a grey nomad. The food was excellent. I'm vegetarian and thoroughly enjoyed the vegetable dish, with the fresh vegetables not over cooked. I'd recommend this small delightful restaurant."

I’ve lived here for 9 years & lamented the fact that my previous Thai experiences left me unsatisfied & I had thought there was no good Thai on the peninsula, until now. Thai Makong is the exception & exceptional. The best spring rolls I’ve ever had in Australia, the pad Thai was perfectly smoky & delicious. All the flavours are authentic & fresh, my tummy is happy, my tastebuds are satisfied, just do it, give it a go & you’ll be singing the praises as well."
