"I'm going to report you to AHPRA!!! I have just had an experience, and unfortunately it is not a pleasant one. I came in looking to find advice, but what I was met with was a person, not my pharmacist... telling me that I could not buy my vital prescriptions because his machine was out of service! If I needed my medicine, I would have to go to the ATM because his machine was not working. Imagine how I felt to be turned away by a person who was meant to be there for my health. Turned away because his machine didn't work and he would not accept my loyalty as a customer who just needed medicine. I did come out at 8am on a Saturday, I thought that my pharmacist would always be there for me.... apparently only when his cash machine is working! Shame on you. When you need care, I hope that you have to walk to the ATM and get out some cash before we look after you! You should know better Sir.... so so much better."
