"I was defrauded by this chemist. I have been visiting this chemist for the past 5 years, I strongly trusted the medical advice of Dom the lead chemist who has assisted me greatly in the past. I recently received their newsletter which stated "Do you suffer from Allergies or Food Intolerances ? Using the latest computerised technology , we can identify the triggers associated with : ECZEMA,ASTHMA,HAYFEVER,MIGRAINE,BLOATING,THRUSH,IBS , and many more ... We have partnered with Food Sensitivities Victoria to offer this service" I am going through some serious health problems related to my digestive system and because this service was recommended to me by someone I trusted, I booked in for the $150 session. I just lost my job and have limited funds but I thought this would be an investment in my health, a smart move on my part. However, upon arrival and undergoing this so called food sensitivity test it was completely fraudulent and total quackery. I started to have doubts minutes into the session. The machine was grubby and half broken - not "the latest computerised technology" at all it was at least 20 years old, the battery had to be placed inside it. I had to hold a metal rod in my left hand while the technician uncomfortably and awkwardly rubbed my thumb on my right hand and placed a pen like stylus which produced a beeping sound. It was called biomeridian testing. I am shocked appalled and dismayed that I was lead to believe this was legitimate test, however a quick google search shows the practice is completely fraudulent. Shame on you Dom for letting a quack steal money from vulnerable people. I am heartbroken as this was a business I used to wholeheartedly trust to support my health in the past and they have stolen my time, my money and my dignity."
"I am writing this review on behalf of my now deceased husband. After he was diagnosed with cancer he needed tons and tons of medication. This pharmacy did not fail him. Steve, Dom and Tash treated him like he was important. Rose needs a lecture in customer service because he dreaded talking to her every time the car was transferred. Anyways! I hope to get nearly as good customer service as he received."
"I have far more prescriptions that I’d like to be honest. The amazing team here take excellent care with helping me manage them all. Steve, Rose, Dom, Tash, Gerogia and the rest of the excellent staff are super friendly and personable. Always happy to offer advice and guidance where it’s needed and committed to my general well being. If you want to feel like a valued customer and be treated like an individual, this is hands down the best pharamcy I’ve ever been to. Customer service is off the charts! Throw in the ability to get vaccines, pathology and myotherapt and you’re onto a winner Bonus points for being dog-friendly and always being as firendly and delightful to my pup as they are to me!"
"I've never met anyone more talented at administering vaccines than Domenico. My daughter is generally terrified of injections and she now loves going to see him. He is so quick I didn't even realise he was done when I recently got my two injections, I thought he was just preparing the area with wipes. He is also super nice and friendly :-)"
