"I wasn’t going to write a review but I’ve had odd experiences more than once here. The pharmacist is lovely and highly professional, but It’s really stuck out to me that one of the other staff is quite abrupt and rude. I do think she’s well intentioned and maybe doesn’t realise her behaviour comes off that way, but when I was repeatedly told “you’re too young for anti inflammatory medicine, just take Panadol” not only did I feel judged and invalidated, I felt uncomfortable too. The medicine I asked for was a packet of over the counter voltaren yet she insisted to ask the pharmacist for permission…. I was only able to buy a packet after telling her I suffer from chronic pain conditions. Honestly I shouldn’t have to name and explain my medical conditions, which is private information, (to a non-medical professional) in order to buy a reasonable amount of over the counter medicine. This is only one of the few experiences I’ve had here. I just feel awkward about it and I’ve tried to return since to give another chance but I’ve had similar experiences."
