We are so grateful for the whole team at CVC - they show such kindness and care for your fur family and despite moving further away, we would never change our dog’s vet as she is so well cared for!!! They let you know all potential costs upfront as well so there is no bill shock, and arrange pet insurance rebates for you! They work ridiculous hours just to let you know your pet’s results from any tests, which I think they really shouldn’t for work life balance, but it’s because they understand how much our pets mean to us :)"

"My dog had trouble breathing and it was a public holiday. I was relieved to find a vet hospital open. As soon as I arrived, they took the dog straight in. Staff were very friendly and supportive. They explained the options and the risks. He was tubed with oxygen, but he wasn’t going to make it on his own. After a couple of hours there, we had to make the hard decision to help him rest in peace. Staff gave us the chance to be with him and spend time with him before the injection. He was sedated and didn’t suffer or gasp. He went in peace to his eternal rest. The prices are very high compared to a local vet. But service is great."

It was recommended to us by a number of friends in the local area who had been to a number of vets over the years. Jacqueline is very caring, thorough and helpful and the nurses are excellent. You can tell they all know their stuff and love animals. Puppy Preschool was excellent, well run and very informative. I would definitely recommend it. The classes are kept small so you can ask questions and the puppies can meet each other. We have been very happy with CVC."
