"EXTREMELY BAD ATTITUDE, EXPENSIVE & OVERALL EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT VISIT!! I have been a loyal customer of Dapper & Boss for over two years now, regularly getting my haircuts from the hairdresser located on the far right as you enter the salon. His name is Esam ( I believe ). Unfortunately, during my time there, I've observed several instances of rude and unprofessional behaviour that have left me quite disheartened. On multiple occasions, I have seen Esam constantly engage in personal phone conversations with friends while attending to customers. There have been instances when he walked away from cutting my hair, leaving me waiting awkwardly for nearly five minutes. His attitude also seems to fluctuate based on his mood, and if he's having a bad day, it reflects in his interactions with clients. One particularly unpleasant experience was when I visited with my son for haircuts. Esam initially seemed reluctant to cut my son's hair, but proceeded to do so with a noticeable attitude. This made the entire experience uncomfortable and left me feeling unwelcome as a customer. On another occasion, I only needed a haircut for myself, but Esam again displayed a dismissive attitude, implying it was too late for a haircut when there was still an hour left until closing time. Moreover, he appeared to have a general aversion to kids being in the salon, assuming my son and I both needed haircuts without even asking. What concerns me most is how this behaviour negatively impacts the overall atmosphere of the salon. Witnessing Esam’s rude demeanour has made me uncomfortable, and I can't help but wonder how other customers might feel. I believe constructive feedback is essential for any business to improve, so I genuinely hope the management at Dapper & Boss takes note of these incidents. I have always valued my visits to the salon, and it saddens me to see such unprofessional conduct from a hairdresser that is also super expensive for so little & overall stress that you have to go through. In conclusion, I'd like to suggest that the management address these concerns to ensure a more welcoming and pleasant experience for all customers. I understand that everyone has off days, but consistency in customer service is vital for a business's reputation. I hope my feedback is taken constructively, nut this place lost a once loyal customer and believe me everyone will know about this horrible experience of mine."
