Your welcoming attitude created a positive and comfortable atmosphere, making us and our pet feel at ease. We greatly appreciated that. Dr Haruka Furutsuki is very knowledgeable and patient. She shows empathy and focuses on our pet’s well-being. It helped ease our worries. She listened patiently and explained every single thing in details so that we can clearly understanding what is happening.
