"First time attending this Vet. I walked in and the unsanitary smell meets you first. Waited at the counter almost 10 mins just to check in for our 6pm appointment. I finally checked in. While sitting there, I listening to the phone ring and ring till the people hang up. Tired of being ignored, I assume. After waiting 20 mins and not being attended to, I approached the counter to ask what the eta will be. I was told it won’t be too much longer. I asked for a more specific time. The receptionist advised that the two nurses are finishing up with their appointments and we will be next with which ever nurse come out first. While still waiting, another appointment arrived, checked in and sat and waited. As soon as the Nurse exited from her appointment, she called in the gentleman and his dog that just arrived. It was clear that we were not important enough to be seen. I do not recommend this vet clinic. You are not valued as a customer."

"I had my old dogs teeth taken out here I dropped her off at 8 and picked her up at 8 She waited all day for surgery, I was anxious as she is 14 years of age I didn't here from then all day I called them at 4 to see how she was going, and she still hadn't gone into surgery Surgery went well - the cost was good I was thankful to pick her up - her poor stomach was gurgling in the car home, I had to then wait two hrs to feed her. It's a very busy vet clinic, and lots of people take their pets in emergency I just wish they would give at least one update, especially when your dog is old"

"My vet is Dr Kim Cao and she’s the best. Whenever I take my fur baby to her she knows his history, she’s lovely with him and always takes time to just check in. I don’t just feel like another appointment. My boy loves her too because of the treats he gets Recommend this vet clinic."

"My cat was bitten by a snake. The nearest vet wasn't open yet, so I went to St. Albans vet clinic. They saw him straight away because it was an emergency. Then he was admitted for inpatient treatment. Throughout his stay, the St Albans vet staff had been absolutely wonderful. Our vet updated us daily with his conditions, and they always made sure my cat was comfortable and happy. They changed his litter box daily, gave him lots of pats and monitored his progress closely. It's been a hellish week for us, but thanks to the staff, my cat is still alive. And the fact that they're open every day made it possible for me to visit after office hours and on weekends.
