"First time here and the last time! Me and my son walked past while shopping and I thought might as well just get a cut for him while we are here as there was noone waiting. Biggest mistake! The man that cut it was too interested in the people walking past the shop instead of concentrating on the actual haircut. When he was done I was shocked at the amount of spots he missed and was so uneven. I was too shy and intimidated by all the barbers to say anything so I just payed and walked out. I found another barber in the Westpoint as I had to get it fixed and he was also shocked. He knew exactly where I had gone as he said he gets allot of people come in to fix there mistakes. He said they hire alot of apprentices. Which is fine, I know they have to learn, but if they are butchering someone's hair, charging full price and thinking what they have done is nice, is not right or ok. If you are going to have apprentices cut people's hair, either watch over them and help them fix their mistakes, or only let them start cutting once they are confident and can perform a decent cut. It's not right what you are doing to people. So I paid $60 all up for a 6 year Olds haircut as I had to go elsewhere to fix."
