"My dog was with another vet, but we ran out of his medications and they were fully booked for the next three weeks. Luckily, Concord Vet was able to see him right away and Patch got his medications. I did not realised how good this walk in system can be until I needed it. The same thing with helping Patch cross the rainbow bridge. We were able to come in when Patch was ready. The staff were so great. I emailed about the process, the cost etc and all of my emails were answered promptly in a friendly reassuring tone. They really do understand it was a hard decision. On the day, they were so accommodating and professional. I highly recommend CONCORD VET. Don't be put off with the no appointment system,."

"After a few years away, we’re back and Concord Vet is now our preferred vet. They alway have time to see us even if it’s just for a small thing. Every time my dog is sick or going through something I know they will always be there to help or find the time to see us, unlike some places where I have to wait at least a week or 2 before we can get a time slot to see someone. Just a few month ago Concord Vet Hospital saved my dog and nursed him back to good health. If it wasn’t for Dr Aleshia and the team, I’m not sure if my dog would still be around. "Dr Georgia is the best vet ever, always very thorough, empathetic, listens and acts on my concerns and has a great sense of humour. The vet nurses are also knowledgeable and friendly. A practice that cares about their patients. I also like how they offer Trap Neuter Release (TNR) and are one of the only vets in Australia offering FIP treatment. The only thing is with appointments, especially as someone with a cat, perhaps there could be certain days where there are some appointments allocated - for those who can't get out of work or have felines. Other than that everything is great!"
