Reviews
"I am sorry I cannot write a positive review. I have been attending this vet since the 1960s, but the service is not the same anymore, nor do some of the vets appear as good as the old ones. I am going somewhere else."
"We are new in the area and went to this vet because it was the closest and reviews were really good. However, I find the after-care was not acceptable. After a major cat operation, some complications happened resulting in us having to go back for the second after-care emergency, but we were asked to go elsewhere because they were busy. This is after emergency complications on a major cat dental operation. A lady vet did the operation. No antibiotics were given before and after the op, which should have been given, according to second opinion. This resulted in infection and cat not eating for nearly 7 days. I would not recommend going to this vet, although the staff are great, my overall experience = zero care, perhaps it's all about what $$ they can charge you."
"We have taken both our dogs to Frenchs Forest Vet Hospital and have always come away delighted with the experience. All staff are very caring and dedicated to the animals and, as a result, our beautiful dogs have lived happy, healthy lives, a fact for which we are grateful. We would highly recommend this vet service to other pet-owners."
"Our family have been coming to this veterinary clinic for nearly 20 years - the team have treated all our animals from rabbits, chickens to cats and dogs and the service has always been extremely professional, friendly and reassuring. The vets have a very calm manner about them and really care about the animals. Our dog in particular is a bit of anxious, scared dog and he was completely calm and happy at our recent appointment and not stressed at all which I was pleasantly surprised by. The team are super helpful - I would highly rrecommend using them for all your pet needs"
"Dr Ben Yap treated my guinea pigs for sarcoptic mange a few months ago - I was so so worried about them and thought we would be in for a long battle but he was fantastic and cleared them up so quickly. We're lucky to have such a trustworthy, knowledgable and skilled Vet as Ben close-by"
