Craven's Pharmacy 134 Bridport Street West, Albert Park, Victoria 3206

"Generally awesome service, lovely and helpful pharmacists including compounding pharmacists, assistants. One star deducted due to poor service recently. I arrived 20 minutes before closing time and only had one script refill and some questions about some OTC (over the counter) products. I was rushed out of there, given misinformation that nexium isn’t for gastritis. I left in time to go to the nearby Woollies Metro which closes at the same time, and when I left there were still some customers at the supermarket but Cravens wasn’t just closed it was locked up and pitch dark even at the back, which means they’d closed a bit early. I don’t appreciate being a loyal customer who doesn’t go to the nearby Chemist Warehouse even when I can and even though it has a far bigger product range and is significantly less expensive. I leave all my many script refills with Cravens but after that experience I’m tempted to keep the refills with me and get the ones I can from Chemist Warehouse when possible. However I’m hoping that it was a one off bad experience with a pharmacist who has been lovely in the past. Perhaps Cravens your pharmacists can simply explain that today they need to close a bit earlier - I would gladly buy what I needed as quickly as possible, and would much prefer that to leaving feeling like a nuisance."

"Literally the best pharmacy in Port Phillip council. I recently moved away from the area and tried 3 different pharmacies in the new area and they were all terrible. I now drive back here monthly, because they give great service, even better advice and treat people really well. The pharmacists are all very hands on, they talk to you directly to you and are really kind and helpful. Also I found CW were doing my medication cheaper, I felt bad, but told them as I'd rather support them and they matched it."

"Visited Melbourne from interstate and needed some quick help on the go. I regret walking into this pharmacy it ruined my trip, I never thought I’d get such horrifying service from a small pharmacy business. The woman behind the counter, middle aged with light hair, was totally embarrassing. Sad, angry and looked very upset to be at her job. I was discriminated by this woman for no reason, and the other staff didn’t seem to care either. Never again."

"Absolutely disgusting service by a woman at the cashier. She has a bad attitude and I know know why I’ve heard so many people have been treated badly and felt discriminated. Because of her. I used to love this pharmacy now I’ll never go back again. I live on Victoria avenue and work nearby, it’s such a shame we have people like this woman working in our community."

"Good old fashioned personalised service. I care for an older friend who often asks me to collect their medication, the staff are friendly and super helpful. It’s not a big shop but it’s really well set up to make it accessible and there are chairs to rest if needed. Prices are reasonable too. Thank you so much."
