"Great place to live no problems with mobile reception we are with Kogan mobile, cant hear neighbours as reported by others, grounds are beautifully maintained, we love the on site child care and onsite gym our visitors always have plenty of parking as there are council spaces right along Scarborough Park, our kids love the play area too highly recommend living here."
"It's nice that it's new but that's where it stops. Sound proofing is terrible, you can hear people going to the toilet in above apartment's. Children running on above apartment. There is never any visitor parking available because people always park their second cars in those spaces. There should be 15 minute drop in bays for uber drivers because that's a whole another hassle they have no where to stop. The hot water takes ages to come through its terrible. Guests can't get up to an apartment unless they are let up through into the car park and then have to be recieved at the lift but they can't let you know they are there because there is no signal at all. I've seen this problem with other people several times."
"I love the place. Peaceful, great neighbourhood, everything is kept clean and tidy. I like the system and facilities however... (Updated) it has been 4 months living here and this apartment's alarm system is still not fixed... The alarm goes off twice every month for 10-15mins. In this first 2 months, all 4 buildings ran into these issue. After that, the middle two buildings stopped but the other two still face this issue for another 2 months. So far, the alarms have occurred most often between 9am - 10pm. But there were some at 5:30am and 6am which scares the sht out of you while you are asleep"
"Warning to all new residents. Very limited mobile phone service. seems that only Optus is viable in the apartment complex. Telstra barely works."
"JQZ are a dodgy developer, search the St George Leader and type JQZ, you will see how bad they really are. Not worth the risk, don't buy anything from these cowboy developers."
