"The pharmacy is a parcel drop off point for Amazon and there's an option to have the pharmacy print out the return label. When I arrived to do this, there was only 1 person in the pharmacy being served but the woman behind the counter who served me was rude and told me off for not printing out a label even though I tried explaining to her I had chosen the option where I didn't have to. She acted as if the whole process was so difficult when all she had to do was scan a barcode, print out a label and attach it and stick it on the box. If it's a service that the pharmacy doesn't want to offer, then they should just discontinue it - there's no need to be rude about it."
