"Pre-ordered a platter and few more rolls for my son's birthday party 10 days eariler. When arrived to pick up they advised no order was placed even though I had an email receipt and already paid. Owners offered refund which was not feasible given we needed food for the party. Was then advised to wait 20 minutes while they make it which we did not have time to wait. Only option we had was for them to get the premade rolls that equalled the amount we paid for, cut them up and place them a platter. Ridiculous that they make you pay when preordering however cannot be reliable. Have not had any issues preordering before with other sushi places. This was the first time with Sushi Hero and would be the last."
"Purchased sushi rolls at 4pm today & they were rather dry. What really annoyed me was that the wasabi sachets supplied were 100% impossible to open without scissors (which I don't carry in my pocket) others within the shopping centre told me that they also have been unable to open the wasabi sachets from HERO SUSHI & that the staff are aware of the problem but don't tell customers & sushi without wasabi is like a cone without ice cream. I'll stick with SUSHI SUSHI where the the sushi is fresh and I can open the all important Wasabi. Also much more expensive than others."
