"I posted a review two days ago, expressing my disappointment due to what I felt was an unsatisfactory response by Dr Mina and staff to my situation with my rescue cat Mia. In short, I could not get her into her cat box for her yearly vaccination and checkup, as she tends to become aggressive when being contained. I hoped they would suggest alternatives to get her treated but didn't hear back after cancelling my appointment twice. The same day of my posting, I got a phone call from them, proposing Dr Mina and assistant to pay Mia a visit and get her treated in home. They were even willing to offer a discount on the bill, being a pensioner. This has now been carried out, to my great relief. Thank you, Dr Mina and staff for your prompt response!"
"I’m really happy with Hornsby Heights Vet. The staff are all so lovely and caring towards the animals. I appreciate having preventative and holistic options too like hydrotherapy or acupuncture and considerations for the individual animal. My dog gets less anxious going there than other places we’ve experienced as they make a fuss of him. I trust the advice/service is good and they genuinely care."
"I can not recommend or thank the whole team at Hornsby Heights Vet enough. They were the first veterinary clinic we came to for my beloved Wilson (siamese cat), when we relocated to the area 5 years ago, and have been our go to for everything. My fur baby Wilson was put-down only yesterday, and my heart aches, but I know it was his time. After a diagnosis of a genetic heart condition, the team were great at making sure my Wilson was happy & healthy for as long as he could be. When my heart is ready to add a new furry member to the family I will be sure to use this team again. A special thanks to the beautiful nurse Annika who was such an integral part to our journey and now grieving… ❤️"
