"Terrible customer service. Do not give them your business. I walked in around 1.45, the store is seemingly empty. After a short wait, the barber comes out, and I ask him for a haircut, he gives me an incredulous look and tells me to come back in 30 minutes as he is having lunch (the "I'm open" signs are all still up and there is no indication anywhere that he was on a break and I shouldn't have expected service). I came back at 2.30, and took a seat, as he had already started with another client. The barber looks at me as I walk in but doesnt aknowledge me as a customer in any way. After around 30 minutes, as he is finishing up, the client's family comes in, commenting on the haircut, so I pay them no mind. A few minutes pass and I realise that they are still hanging around, and I see the client in the mirror, up and walking around, so I turn around to see what's happening. The barber has got the client's kid in the chair and is cutting their hair. If they had been in the shop waiting when I came in, I would at least understand, but they seemingly 'swooped in' and jumped in line in front of me, and the barber didn't even give me a glance. He hasn't said a single word to me since he told me to come back after his break, and knowing full well that I've waited an hour for him at this point, he starts giving someone else a haircut without so much as a "Hey, you'll have to wait a while longer, i'm just going to cut his child's hair as well". In frustration I get up to leave, and as I pass him, he looks me in the eye, and again, doesn't say a single word. No hello or goodbye as I came and went, no apology for the wait, no notice that he started a second haircut while he knew I was already there waiting for him, no aknowledgement that I was a customer at all. Deserves a 0/5."
