"The sushi at this place is unfortunately sub par and leaves some weird after taste and borderline inedible now. I've tried this place more than once and decided to give it the benefit of the doubt again, to see if it was better on a different day with different menu items, but unfortunately it was not. The Sushi Salad barely has any salmon in it anymore (only one piece, usually its two) and was a waste of $10. I then tried the deluxe box with sushi rolls and salmon nigiri. While the maki were ok, the salmon in the nigiri was as hard as cardboard. I first thought it might have been the first piece, but all the salmon were tough and it left a very weird, nauseating and unpleasant after taste for a few hours, which did not go away even after I tried to wash it down with other food and drink. I won't be getting anything from this place any more. Had a bad experience and wasted money more than once. Giving two stars as 20% of the items were edible."
"Made an order thru Door Dash, it took them 20 mins to confirm my order then cancel right away. Now Door Dash charged money for this order. They should have cancelled it earlier, but not confirmed to let DD app charge me. Poor customer service. Never order again."
"Stopped into this busy Sushi Sushi outlet for my usual spicy tuna rolls and was once again happy with my choice. As far as takeaway sushi goes, Sushi Sushi always has fresh rolls to go, a good variety of choices and friendly service. It was busy at this Moonee Ponds branch at lunch time, but I was served quickly and I know that it's great value for money. Definitely my go to lunch on the run, and I'm always happy with the staff, service and sushi."
"Great sushi. Although they lose ratings due to their consistent poor customer service. Also they never seem to clean their tables. Everytime I visit this place the eating areas are consistently dirty and require a good wipe down."
