"am disgusted with the service I received today when I brought in my kittens Jelli and Pepe for vaccinations. Whilst in the waiting room there was a gent with an animal sorting out his payment to then complain that the service wasn’t adequate for the fees charged and that he’d be taking his animal elsewhere in future. I gave you the benefit of the doubt and stayed though every part of me said to leave then. I stayed, the kittens were well treated however the communication was awful as bravecto and worming tablets were administered to both kittens without any question whether I was interested in these services. I was then charged $219 which I found acceptable for both kittens vaccinations, to only then be told that was the price for one kitten. Your communication skills lack, your customer service ain’t that great and you can bet I won’t return again to your clinic. Your apology for the communication and services administered wasn’t enough, and to be told you’d discount the second kittens services… and then be charged $173 is just ridiculous."

"Kind staff, easy to make bookings over the phone and long opening hours 6 days a week. I took my two cats for a general check up and vaccination. The room was clean and the vet was very gentle with my cats, asking questions about their behaviour and health and provided advice for my concerns. I have not utilised their other services (grooming, boarding etc) but if I needed these services I would look to Parramatta Veterinary Hospital first."
