"I have had noting but a positive experience with Prestige Property Management Group. Over a period of 10+ years, I have dealt primarily with Lyndal as my agent. I have rented 3 properties through Prestige and have found them to be very professional. I've never had issues with any properties that were not dealt with in a timely manner. Over the years, Lyndal has been supportive, ethical & friendly. I feel Lyndal has been more than just an agent but someone who cares about me as a tenant while also looking out for the Landlord. That can sometimes be very difficult to juggle both sides however, Lyndal manages this extremely well! I feel very blessed to have Lyndal as a leasing agent and highly recommend Prestige Property Management Group to others. Thank you Lyndal!"

"If I could give a zero star review I would. In all my years as a tenant, this is the worst real estate I have experienced yet. In the 4+ years at the property I leased through Prestige Property management, only 1 inspection was ever carried out. Issues listed via email and noted during the one inspection were never reasonably rectified. Communication is beyond poor, with significant delays in email responses, or complete ignorance. Upon leaving the property, they attempted to retain our bond for repairs that were stated on the original property report when we commenced the lease and when they couldn’t substantiate that claim they attempted to make other claims to try and retain the bond. The bond claim was made over 8 weeks after the property was vacated and “final inspection” completed. I would never suggest or recommend this agent to anyone, and if I were still residing in the same area I would never lease through this agent again."

"Our experience dealing with Lyndal was extremely disappointing. She is abrupt in her approach, rude and extremely unprofessional! We put an offer on a property which met the asking price, gave us the run around and then rejected our offer for her to then call us back a month later asking if we’d like to make another offer! Hell no!!! The property was over priced to begin with but we loved the house and she for whatever reason still rejects offers that met her asking price. She is a game player! Your home will sit on and off the market for months on end. Don’t bother with Lyndal"

"This has to be by far the worst realestate I have ever encountered. I'm not sure what backyard operation they are trying to run. Lyndal Bertalan is by far the rudest and laziest agent in the industry. It takes WEEKS to return email, messages, calls. Her condescending and blatantly rude attitude tops it off. She cannot be called a professional, more like a spoilt child. I would suggest teaching your employees some people skills prestige property."
