Our beautifully appointed Gatsby and Charleston suites provide a luxurious experience. Each suite features a comfortable king-size bed, a cozy couch with comfy cushions and throws, a kitchenette equipped with a cooktop and microwave oven, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in double shower and a full-sized bath. For your convenience, each suite also includes split system air conditioning and heating, as well as an ambient gas log fire to create a cozy atmosphere.
To start your day off right, we provide a hamper of delicious breakfast provisions in your suite, allowing you to prepare your meal at your leisure.
Situated in a former Parks Victoria property, Rowan House is nestled in an old Edna Walling style garden, complete with stone paths and steps and a variety of rare trees. Just across the road, you will have access to the National Park, where you can marvel at the grandeur of the towering Eucalyptus forest and discover a multitude of other flora. Wildlife abounds in the surrounding area, and as you explore, you may come across wombats, wallabies, echidna, and the elusive lyrebird.
A short 150-meter stroll will bring you to Kallista Village, where you can find charming cafés and shops offering great coffee, delicious food, groceries, alcohol, newspapers, and even a post office agency.
Rowan House is conveniently located just 1-2 km from popular wedding venues such as Marybrooke Manor, Poet's Lane Receptions & Lyrebird Falls, as well as the Alfred Nicholas and George Tindale Memorial gardens. Additionally, Shannon Bennett's café, The Piggery, is also nearby.
