"I booked for a quarter head of foils…but was made to feel like I'd booked for the most impossible hair colouring and was further insulted by the hairdresser telling me that "I'm just not understanding her." She spent 20 minutes fussing before getting Britt over, it took Britt less than 30 seconds to work out how to colour my foils. So on with the show…no the chair was too high…again I was made to feel like this was somehow my problem, set your chair before you put the customer in it. The whole time my foils were being placed she did not attempt any conservation and worked on me like I was a robot. Her assistance came over at one point and she told the assistant what "the client should do next" . Where was that advice back at the start instead of belittling me. She left me sitting in the sink for at least half an hour, I have no idea why…I wasn't asked if the water temp was ok or offered to put my feet up, hence leaving with a sore back. Then hair cut time and I finally broke after the second hairdresser had no idea what a concave style cut is (this I'd had done twice at missy Maisy). Just a horrible, belittling, uncaring, unprofessional experience from start to finish. I'm a working mum with 3 young kids…was there any harm in expecting a pleasant "hi, how are you today.""
