"Yesterday May 12, because of Parkinson's (I am unable to lift my arms) and never having been into this business I walked in (read staggered) and asked if by chance they could shampoo and towel dry my hair - a delightful young lady did just that, a wonderful firm shampoo and conditioner, then after a towel dry, she blow waved my hair (it was too cold to go out with damp hair, (young lady said), then when leaving I asked the cost of such good treatment and they wouldn't charge me! just how good and helpful service - i now feel embarrassed as I would like to have a shampoo again, but feel embarrassed to ask again."

"Such an amazing salon!! I never do reviews but I am so impressed!! have worked at salons for over 2 years and understand the difference and understand the standards for a good quality service. First of all, asked for half head and a toner on a 160$ budget. My Stylist Dee worked with this and made my hair amazing, craemy fresh blonde and helped me stick to my budget! The service was so relaxing, when you walk in they greet you with a lovely smile and take you to the stations, they provide a selection of organic oils (i think it was lavender i chose) and give u a head massage for a couple minutes. Then started my hair, really time efficiant but does a quality job. During waiting for colour they offered me tea and coffee again. I asked for tea and they brought over a menu with range of teas, beauty, detox, calm ect ect and make the tea properly themselves. So good. At basin they give you a nice long massage (really relaxing) finishing with a hot towel treatment. Colour is so fresh, i would have been happy even if it came out bad as i was so impressed with the service. Prior been here for curls before with Jess, such a lovely girl as well; curls lasted all night, very chatty and funny. Could not recommend this salon enough wow."

"Jenna gave me a wonderful hair cut and a gorgeous colour with face-framing highlights that I love and which have grown out brilliantly. I love the sustainable and cruelty-free ethics of the salon and the whole experience was relaxing and luxurious for an extremely reasonable price. Looking forward to coming again!"
