"I have had a bitter experience, with this place. As of late, I have found them extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I booked VictoriaBelle for Hair and make-up trial for my up and coming Wedding. I booked the trial on the day of my Cousins wedding. The sad and heart breaking fact was they did not show up, no message no call nothing. I tried messaging them, calling them… no response. I has booked a spray tan with this company hoping to give them another chance. Half an Hour before I was to go in for my spray tan appointment I get a Text message cancelling the appointment because she was going to the Football. The main issue for me I went from work, which took me an hour to get to Berwick from Keysborough in traffic. Therefore, I did not get the message until I got there. I massaged her back… no response….no apology no nothing. My advice go somewhere else somewhere more reliable."
