"I had an appointment booked for a haircut on a Friday morning but when I arrived there I was told that my appointment had been cancelled. What's more, they told me they didn't have any availability on that day that if I could call them during the week to see what they could do. Totally disrespectful. I told them I would go somewhere else and they didn't seem to care. I will never go back there. It's a shame because the salon is beautiful and they did a great job when having my hair cut."
