"Booked in with a Groupon for half head of foils, cut and blow wave. When I got here they advised it was extra cost for my extra thick hair that been thinned and is not Extra Thick at all. Then she started weaving splices with 1cm Plus gap in between. I raised this and stated I was after foils and showed her a pic of what foils are and she said she can’t do that and refused to do my hair. She spoke to her manager on the phone. In their own language and then she further said they won’t do it and refused to honour the Groupon and made me sit and wait for the manager to come. No one else is in the salon- this is obviously why!!! Totally refused to start my hair at all. Nearly 1 hour and I am still waiting for them to honour the voucher or the manager to attend. Any qualified hairdresser would know how to foil and I have had my hair done for years and never had an issue. The hairdresser is extremely rude and just refused to do my hair as booked in for saying “she can’t do that”! They have my money and unable to get in touch with Groupon to resolve the issue. The manager spoke to the owner and offered to do the foils in which I agreed to lift to.a Level 8. The hairdresser still continues to say she couldn’t do that and they spoke to the manager again, This is now 11/2 hours later and still they refuse to"

"Used the service for cut and colour with groupon and this was the first time I’ve been disappointed. The colour I wanted was out of stock so I had to choose another colour. The colour did not turn out at all, did not even look like anything was done- waste of time. I ask for a style cut which so did not get, instead a big chunk of my fringe was cut off and nothing else. I asked for my hair to be thinned a bit, but was told that’s an extra $10 even though it was not in the fine prints. If it was, so would’ve understood. When I got home I realised my relatively new dress was ruined by the bleach and had to throw it out…"

"I’ve had many facials before and was ver disappointed. I entered to the staff member reporting she wasn’t feeling well however wanting to proceed. For the booked 45 minute facial, I laid with an egg timer ticking beside my ear, no music or relaxing room space. The staff member commenting on my good skin and asking why I came. She then proceeded to tell me to sleep for 20 minutes of the 45 minute session where I could here her watching videos on her phone.very unprofessional. I requested to leave early where she put an oil on my face, which stung my eyes the whole ride home. VERY UNIMPRESSED by the service, will not be coming back again."

"I purchased a Groupon voucher for a 45 min deluxe facial. The appointment was made but they the lady had to cancel so we rescheduled. She was running late but communicated that to me so that was ok. The room had a nice set up and the beautician was really nice, unfortunately afew things just made the experience not so relaxing. She had popped on the mask and a second timer was set. The timer went off then after another 10 mins I called her to tell her it had gone off. She had been sitting outside the room watching a TV show. I guess the atmosphere was ruined by ticking noises, Tv and sniffing. When she returned it was all over within a few mins. I was only there for 30 mins and did not feel like I received the 45 min deluxe facial. Overall I hope the beautician can take this constructive criticism and make a great business."
