"So hard to make or change appointments. I called and was told she would call me back. She never did. I called 3 times & left voicemails to make a booking and had to call another 4 times to make any changes 24 hours in advance. I have never worked so hard to be a customer before. I tried so hard to ensure she knew I needed to move my appointment so she could fill that appointment slot. The day of my appointment I had a terrible time finding parking. I had to loop around the neighbourhood before I found one that was over 1P. I ran to my appointment but was 16 minutes late exactly. She refused to do my service. I understand I was late and I take responsibility for that, but I also feel I gave her a lot of grace with how difficult it was to book with her. I would have called to update her but I figured she never answers the phone so she wouldn’t get the update anyways."
