"As soon as I walked into the store, I immediately felt welcomed by the lovely gentleman working at the front, was greeted with a smile and was offered something to drink and escorted to my seat. My first time having my hair cut at Toni and Guy, initially I was a bit worried my hair was too short when it was being cut, as I walked in with quite long hair, but went for the drastic change and trusted Liam in the process- my hair feels much healthier and looks a lot thicker, it's a very nice, stylish look. I really enjoyed the head massage during the wash, The staff were very attentive, and the first class service was 10/10.
