"I had my first visit today, I didn’t do anything dramatic with my hair and the fact that both of my nephews noticed and commented on how nice my hair looked independently of each other - well, that was a first for me! I’m so pleased with the result and I’m certain I’m going to be on the receiving end of more compliments tomorrow."

"She was initially responsive with messages and communication vise, so during messaging communication I finally decided to go for umbre. During the visit she just had a quick look and said full highlights turns good with the photo i had shown her (now that i look the photo was umbre definitely)…even highlights she put on my head were strippy and some areas grays (too light) some areas patches of orange. Horrible work, very busy and over booked, understaffed, they barely got time to check if my hair is ready to be washed. Not worth my money & time at all"

"Amy is amazing and after a year of going to a hairdresser with no vivid colour experience, it's a relief to find a local specialist for my pink dreams! The only two things stopping me from giving this 5 stars: I suffer from a chronic pain condition and there was no footstool, meaning my legs were dangling for 2 hours and I was in agony by the time we finished. I appreciate it's a garage salon but even a $5 stool from Kmart would have helped. Secondly, I felt the cut was rushed, almost as if it was an afterthought. Not sure what was going on with that but I was glad it only needed a minor trim this time around. All in all though a great experience at a very reasonable price and I can't wait to come back (I might just bring my own footstool ;) lol)."
