"Appalling experience. Juliana was late for more than one hour for my appointment, with no apology. Despite telling her (only) staff upfront that I had to be home by a certain time to feed my young child, I ended up stuck in salon for 4 hours for only a cut and color - because they ignored me most of the time, more keen to service their walk-in blow dry, male, and non-Asian customers. The color was left on my hair for over an hour, I was very worried my hair would be left totally damaged. Hair dye was left on my ear when I left. Juliana did not bother to check my color, nor my cut. Did not even blow dry my hair herself. No one bothered to give me a mirror to show me how my hair looked from the back. I was ignored the entire time. I was very polite and patient the whole time, despite feeling extremely vulnerable with my hair in their hands. I did not deserve to be treated with such disrespect as if I hadn't deserved their service and attention and to look nice. I wish I had told them to their face my thoughts before leaving - I was too shocked and couldn't wait to leave that place. I have never been treated worse in my life."
