"My 1st & 2nd was amazing esp when Sogo still worked there. The girls also friendly. But about a month ago I went there, no one on the receptionist ONLY a girl who did the haircut. Rude, yes. There was no "Hi" whatsoever & just asked me to contact via Instagram. Until now no response. Eventho she's handling the customer at that moment, the way she communicate shouldn't be like that. Doesn't matter whether you are from overseas, you must learn how to adapt with new cultures here which RESPECT customer in a busy environment."
