"First off. I gotta say clean, really clean. Not even dust anywhere. The bathroom looks quite new . Yes it's basic but $113 a night Sunday. It was great value for money. Plenty of shops and good places to eat within a 10 min drive, fountain gate shopping centre is only 10 minutes away. The caretaker was lovely always cleaning, which is great to see. This is a great "bang for your buck" place indeed."
