"The staff are really lovely and they did the best to fix my hair to make sure I was happy but the results aren’t much better and I’m too scared to colour my hair anymore as it’s severely damaged now. I just had a baby and wanted to fix my hair that was very grown out, I initially asked for something less maintenance and to blend my regrowth so I didn’t have to do my hair so often, the results were very stripy and I really didn’t like it. Then I came back and had blonde foils to fix the stripes and while this helped the top of my head my hair is multiple different colours. The hairdresser who washed and blow dried my hair was so rough with freshly bleached hair she was pulling it with the comb and used the towel to roughly dry my hair and this is not necessary on freshly bleached hair! You need to be very gentle after this kind of service as there’s going to be some breakage but if you’re not gentle you’re going to cause more breakage! I never usually post anything but after spending over $250 and sitting in the salon for 2 days with my baby I’m very disappointed and upset with my hair I just can’t bring myself to do anything more to “fix” it."

She well explained how my request to go blonde after using an at home auburn to red hair dyes could take a few goes, (a lot had grown out and my hair was extremely long, darker ends she cut off) She had a space for me to start straight away. Well the outcome was AMAZING! She knows her stuff! Very impressive! Her and Amanda are just so down to earth. Was a great experience from start to finish! Thank you Karin! Highly recommend!"
