Welcome to Animal Aid Op Shop, located in Croydon South, Australia. As an establishment that is dedicated to animal welfare, we are thrilled to operate four Op Shops thanks to the incredible efforts of our team of volunteers.

Our Op Shops play a vital role in supporting the important work carried out at our Coldstream, Bairnsdale, and Sale facilities. By selling second-hand goods, we are able to generate income that directly contributes to the welfare of animals in need.

At Animal Aid Op Shop, we gladly accept items and goods in reasonable condition for resale in our Opportunity Shops. However, please note that we do not accept pillows or mattresses. Rest assured, every item donated is carefully assessed for its saleability qualities. We strive to ensure that only the best items are put up for sale, while those deemed unsuitable undergo a recycling review to determine the best use for them.

Unfortunately, not all items can be salvaged. Our hardworking volunteer team often comes across items that are in such poor condition that they cannot be made safe or functional. In such cases, we have to dispose of them, which can be disheartening for our dedicated volunteers.
