"Wild Fox Artistry may be one of the most modern & innovative hair studios within the area. However, their online booking system does not give you the option to reschedule your appointment in the event that you need to do so. Neither is their system reliable as I was double booked on the same day by staff & could not phone the studio to reschedule as all I could resort to is leaving a message on their phone service. Very disappointed, sometimes life just happens for whatever reason. Most concerning issue was that no return call to rectify the matter after leaving several messages. May not be a great example of exceptional customer service."
