"I booked to get my lashes lifted and a tint applied in June. I told the woman doing my lashes that I had never had it done before and she said I'd love it. Once the first application was done she left the room and my eyes were okay. The next solution was applied after about 15 minutes. She left again and my eyes were burning and tearing up. As i had never had this done before i was freaking out but couldnt say anything becasue she was not in the room. Didnt advise me prior that it may sting. I was so uncomfortable I felt like my eyes were legitimately on fire. She came back after another 15 minutes and was like "oh yeah thats normal". The tint was applied and then once it had all wrapped up she showed me the result. They were awful. The tint wasnt all the way to the lash line (i have ginger lashes so very noticeable) and almost all the lashes were pointing straight up. I could barely see as my eyes were so red and irritated so I just paid and left. There was glue left on my lids causing them to stick together when i blinked and I had to get my boyfriend to come pick me up because my eyes would not stop watering. My eyelashes now in September are still struggling. I have had to buy serums and try all the home remedies to try and get them to lay naturally and not point up to the ceiling. 2 months of most of my lashes falling out and the ones remaining looking fried and split. I am posting this now as I thought after the 6 weeks maybe it would be okay, but alas its not. This experience was very unpleasant and painful and has for sure put me off ever getting them done again."
