We were sent the wrong product TWICE and the courier THEY organised to collect the returns, lost one of the boxes and Livingstone are trying to blame us and are refusing to give us our refund. Our business used to order from them quite often, but that won’t be happening again."

"High prices with terrible service. Zero accountability taken for delivery of damaged goods. Very poor communication/transparency about stock levels & despatch times when ordering. Every single order I've placed has had issues requiring multiple calls/emails to resolve (if resolved at all). Once the rest of my current order eventually arrives I won't be giving this business my business' money ever again. Three bad experiences in less than 6 months of buying from them is more than enough."
"Sells bad quality mask where quality doesn't reflect the price. Paid $130 a pack of mask where you wouldn't even use it as toilet paper let alone to protect against covid.
